A non-refundable container is required to secure all appointments, container must be paid within 48 hours. This container can be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment. If you are late to your appointment by 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled or a late fee will be applied (if possible). No shows will be charged 50% of the service booked and must pay full price upon booking next appointment. No shows for a second time will no longer be able to book.
